Get shoulder support that’s comfortable and stays put
A sore shoulder doesn’t just ache. Little by little, it shrinks your day.
You stop reaching for the top shelf. You avoid sleeping on one side, and still wake up at night when you turn the wrong way.
And a lot of braces only add to it: bulky, digging into your skin, or sliding out of place.
So we made HavenRelief: a lightweight shoulder brace that gives you steady support without the bulk.
-
Targeted Support
Gentle, even compression around the shoulder and upper arm.
-
Natural Movement
Steady support that still lets you reach, lift and turn.
-
Anchored Fit
A chest strap holds it in position instead of letting it slide.
-
All-Day Comfort
Lightweight, and made to stay put without digging in.

Stays In Place Without Restricting You
Most soft braces twist, creep up or slide down the moment you reach overhead or roll over in bed. HavenRelief is held by an adjustable strap that crosses your chest and anchors under the opposite arm, so it keeps its position while you move.
Set the tension once when you put it on, then forget about it. No rigid frame, and nothing to keep re-tightening through the day.

How HavenRelief Supports Joint Health
-
1
Gentle compression. Even pressure around the shoulder and upper arm gives the joint a supported, held feeling and helps keep it warm.
-
2
Steady support. With the shoulder held and warm, everyday movements like reaching, getting dressed or turning over in bed can feel easier and more comfortable.
-
3
Worn consistently. Support only helps while you’re wearing it. Because it stays put and doesn’t dig in, it’s comfortable enough to keep on, which is exactly where a lot of braces fall short.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order arrive?
When will my order arrive?
Orders ship in 1–3 business days and are typically delivered in 8–16 days.
How do I find my size?
How do I find my size?
It’s one size with an adjustable fit, so there’s no size to pick. It fits a chest of 30–61 inches (76–155 cm), measured around the fullest part of your chest, and an upper arm of 10–19 inches (26–48 cm), measured around your bicep with your arm relaxed.
If you’re inside both ranges, it will fit. If you have a larger chest, let the chest strap all the way out before you put it on, then tighten it until it feels snug. The photo at the end of the product gallery shows exactly where to measure.
Can I wear it on either shoulder?
Can I wear it on either shoulder?
Yes. The same brace fits your left or your right shoulder, so you don’t need to choose a side when you order. Slip your arm through the sleeve on whichever shoulder needs support, then bring the chest strap across your body and under your other arm.
If both shoulders bother you, or the ache tends to move from one side to the other, you can switch it over whenever you need to. Some people keep a second brace so each shoulder has its own.
How do I put it on?
How do I put it on?
It takes about a minute once you’ve done it the first time:
- Loosen everything. Open the arm band and let the chest strap out so nothing is pulling.
- Slide it on. Put your arm through the sleeve so the brace sits over the top of your shoulder and the sleeve ends around the middle of your upper arm.
- Close the arm band. Wrap the hook-and-loop band around your upper arm and press it closed, snug but not tight.
- Bring the strap across. Take the chest strap across your chest and under your other arm, then pull it until the brace feels held in place and press the end down to fasten.
- Check the fit. You should be able to slide two fingers under the arm band and the chest strap. Move your arm around; if anything pinches or your hand tingles, loosen it a little.
To take it off, open the chest strap first, then the arm band, and slide it off.
Can I wear it to sleep?
Can I wear it to sleep?
Yes. Night is often when a sore shoulder bothers people most, because it rolls forward or gets pinned when you turn over. Put the brace on before bed with the chest strap snug but not tight, so it stays in place without pressing.
If you’re a side sleeper, lying on your other side or hugging a pillow keeps your weight off the braced shoulder. If your hand or fingers tingle, go numb or change color during the night, the straps are too tight: loosen them, or take the brace off.
Will it slide down or twist when I move?
Will it slide down or twist when I move?
It’s designed not to. The adjustable strap runs from the top of your shoulder, across your chest and under your opposite arm, so the brace is anchored to your body instead of relying on grip around your arm. The hook-and-loop band then closes around your upper arm.
Set the chest strap once when you put it on. If it ever starts to shift, tighten the chest strap a little first, then the arm band. Re-tightening the arm band alone usually just makes it squeeze more without holding it any better.
How tight should it be?
How tight should it be?
Snug, not squeezing. You should feel even support around your shoulder and still be able to slide two fingers under the chest strap and under the arm band.
Tighter isn’t better. If your hand tingles, feels cold, goes numb or changes color, loosen it straight away. A little warmth under the brace is normal, but it shouldn’t pinch, rub or leave deep marks. For the first few days, wear it for a few hours at a time and take it off for breaks while you get used to it.
Will it help with a rotator cuff injury, frozen shoulder or after surgery?
Will it help with a rotator cuff injury, frozen shoulder or after surgery?
It gives your shoulder gentle compression, support and warmth, which can make everyday movement and sleep feel more comfortable. It isn’t a treatment, though. It won’t repair a tear, cure frozen shoulder, or replace physical therapy or your doctor’s advice.
If you’ve been diagnosed with a shoulder injury, have had shoulder surgery, or your pain is getting worse or comes with numbness or weakness, check with your doctor or physical therapist before wearing it. And if it turns out not to be right for you, you have 90 days to return it.
